What’s included in a full-service event at Summit on the Park?

Event planning, linens, flatware, glassware, china, parking, tables—we have the extra pieces you’re looking for. Together, we’ll create a seamless process from setup to cleanup. On the day of, we’ll provide you with a dedicated team of servers and bartenders who will ensure your guests have a memorable dining experience.

Which of the following events does your venue service?

Summit on the Park is a versatile venue that can accommodate all types of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, holiday events, life celebrations, bridal showers, trade shows and more!

What is included for bar service, and what’s the starting price per person?

We offer house beer, house wine and an open bar starting at $18 per person. We have some great ideas for specialty drinks to fit the theme or occasion of your celebration and can accommodate special requests.

What catering services do you offer?

We offer flexible menus and a variety of offerings, including buffet, cocktail reception, dessert, family-style, hors d’oeuvres, outside cake, plated meals, server(s), stations and tastings. We also offer to arrange an array of services for your event: design and décor, florals, specialty linens, bartending service, day-of wedding coordinators and more.

Can Katherine’s help me make a custom menu?

Always. Our chefs are passionate about experimenting with all kinds of flavors and cuisines. We pride ourselves in our ability to transform food into a unique experience that’s reserved for every client we work with.

Can Katherine’s cater to special dietary requests?

Absolutely. Many of our clients throughout Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit appreciate healthy menus with fresh, sustainable ingredients. We offer a wide range of menu options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free; however, we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility. Kosher meals are outsourced and available upon request.

Can Katherine’s help me showcase my brand and logo?

Sure can. We do this with many of our custom desserts. We can also incorporate specialty signage with your brand or logo, upon request.

Speaking of desserts, what should we know about them?

We have always made our own desserts—allowing us to pair menu items with desserts and customize for all types of events.

Our bakery and pastry chef can create and prepare incredible specialty desserts along with everyone’s favorites. Choose from delectable bites like lemon raspberry cupcakes, sea salt espresso brownies, s’mores bars and so many more!

What spaces are available at Summit on the Park, and what should we know about them?

The elegant Grand Ballroom seats up to 250 guests and can be divided into two smaller event spaces—Chestnut and Walnut. Featuring cathedral ceilings, sweeping glass chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows, the Grand Hall is perfect for a cocktail party, strolling reception or wedding ceremony. Summit on the Park also has a beautiful gazebo and patio for outdoor events. Finally, our venue has an exceptional professional development center that can accommodate up to 60 guests. Something for everyone!
