Whether you are planning an elaborate corporate celebration or a simple anniversary luncheon, we are happy to be a part of your event. Katherine's Catering can arrange every detail of your gathering - from custom entrées to beautiful specialty linens and flowers. This is a complimentary service provided to all of our clients.

Consider your service options

Serviced Event

  • Catering Menu (PDF: 4M)
  • Our service staff will be available to you and your guests for the duration of the event.
  • They will be clearing plates, refilling drinks and ensuring that the host is free to enjoy the event.
  • They will clean-up completely after the event and organize any rental equipment for pick-up.

Start Planning

  • Contact us and an Event Planner will help you with all of the details
  • Discuss menu options, as well as assess any special or rental needs you may have (tables, chairs, china, glassware, specialty linens, tents, etc.)
  • Schedule a site visit, if needed
  • Food tastings are available (schedule upon request)

Before Your Event

  • We will provide you with a line-item proposal based on your entertaining needs
  • Upon receiving your catering contract and catering agreement ... Review it and make any necessary changes with your event planner and we will revise and re-send the contract
  • Sign both the contract and the catering agreement, then fax or mail to our office
  • Include a 50% deposit with the signed contract

Final Count and Payment

  • Please confirm guest count and menu selection 5 business days in advance
  • Changes to the guest count may result in changes to the per person price
  • Final payment must be submitted on or before your event date
