After working for years as a successful carpenter, Todd decided to take a risk and attend Oakland Community College's Culinary Arts program.
With his new set of skills and passion for food, Todd worked his way up the ranks at some of the best restaurants in metro Detroit, from the Gandy Dancer to the Detroit Athletic Club. In 2000, he joined the Katherine's Catering team and later became the Executive Chef.
In his free time, Todd enjoys bowling with his wife, golfing with friends, practicing his ice carving skills and driving his '67 Chevelle.
