After graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, Carol (CC) spent years in kitchens, with a passion for food, photography and fun.
In 2008, she became the Marketing Director for Katherine's. She is also the company photographer, website designer and creative director.
CC spends her free time outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing and running with her husband, Bobby, and their Great Dane, Jack Daniels.
